Advice sought: What do you think about Montreal internet providers? Who is best.

I heard about Colba internet, is there a better Montreal internet provider? My contract with Bell is done and I am looking for a new provider.

There are 2 things to look for, actual link performance, and service. For link performance, got only two real choices, Bell and Videotron. Other high speed providers just piggy-back on their network.
